FAQ
What do I receive at close-out?
Every project ends with a written record: materials and systems used, care instructions for your finish, and photos when the job calls for them. For lime plaster repair, that also includes condition notes and mix details you can keep for an ARB or MHDC file when needed.
Can I see a sample board before committing?
Yes - we provide sample boards showing your selected finish, color, and texture so you can see and feel the material in your own lighting before work begins. This is especially important for Venetian and Marmorino finishes, where sheen and depth vary by hand and light.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the finish, the wall underneath, and curing time between coats. You’ll get a schedule with the estimate.
Do you work directly with architects and designers, or only homeowners?
We work with homeowners, architects, and designers — and as a specialty finish partner on GC-led project teams — on lime plaster, lime paint, and finish stucco within our licensed trade scope.
